Eau Claire Golf and Country Club in Altoona, Wisconsin, seeks a seasonal part-time Groundskeeper to join our hospitality-focused property operated by Troon. The role supports golf course maintenance, construction, and detail tasks during a six-month season, offering learning and growth within a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities include bunker maintenance, mowing and edging assistance, soil bed preparation, weed/debris cleanup, and course setup support.

Description

Eau Claire Golf and Country Club, located in Altoona, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Groundskeeper. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:

Performs a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction. Performs semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work and related tasks as required. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.

Compensation:

$14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.

Minimum Qualifications:

One-month related experience or training.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
