Job summary

The Management Group is seeking a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to maintain the community in a first-class condition, reporting to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The role includes grounds care, cleaning, and light maintenance across office, amenities, and apartments.

Qualifications include prior groundskeeping/housekeeping experience, strong communication, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license; travel for trainings and on-site learning sessions is required.

• Daily grounds pickup for all amenities and breezeways - all floors
• Daily cleaning of office and amenities
• Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments
• Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks
• Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
• Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance
• Model Touch Up Cleaning
• Various Maintenance Tasks
• Travel for trainings, onboarding, and company-led learning sessions

Description

As a Groundskeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required

Travel Requirements

• Travel is required for trainings, onboarding, and company-led learning sessions.
• Travel may include visiting other TMG-managed communities and attending regional or corporate training events.
• Overnight travel may be required on occasion, depending on training schedules and business needs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed are required.

Complete the above duties and all others deemed necessary by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
