Job summary

TMG is seeking a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to maintain grounds and common areas at our community. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, turnover cleaning of apartments, and assisting the Maintenance team with various tasks.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel for trainings or onboarding sessions. Drug screening and background checks are performed as part of the application process.

Qualifications

• Experience as Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is a plus.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily grounds pick up, including all amenities and breezeways across all floors.
• Daily cleaning of office and amenities.
• Turnkey cleaning and touch up cleaning of apartments.
• Assist maintenance team with other tasks.
• Learn and assist with pool maintenance.
• Maintain dog park and dog park station.
• Model touch up cleaning.
• Perform various maintenance tasks.

As a Groundskeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Daily cleaning of office and amenities
• Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments
• Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks

• Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance

• Various Maintenance Tasks

Travel Requirements

• Travel is required for trainings, onboarding, and company-led learning sessions.
• Travel may include visiting other TMG-managed communities and attending regional or corporate training events.
• Overnight travel may be required on occasion, depending on training schedules and business needs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed are required.

Complete the above duties and all others deemed necessary by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
