Job summary

Kairoi Residential in Aurora, CO is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and common areas of our multifamily communities. You will clean, landscape, assist in make-ready of vacant units, and work with the maintenance team to keep properties welcoming.

The Porter will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments, contributing to the overall upkeep and presentation of the property.

• Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, picking up trash, and removing litter.
• Maintain the appearance of landscaping, including watering plants and removing weeds.
• Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and laundry rooms.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Assist in the make-ready process of vacant apartments by removing trash, cleaning appliances and fixtures, and ensuring a move-in ready condition.
• Assist the maintenance team with routine inspections and repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• This may include painting, cleaning, and completing minor repairs.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely and helpful manner.
