Responsibilities

• Maintain site landscaping including gardens, lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions.
• Weed, fertilize, mulch, soil conditioning for lawns and plants.
• Operate and maintain garden equipment.
• Schedule specialty services like ground leveling or patio installation.
• Perform basic irrigation audits and basic repairs.
• Remove snow using a shovel or snow blower.
• Keep grounds clean from trash and debris.
• Apply pesticides and fertilizers as needed.
• Ensure irrigation and grounds are in good condition.

Job description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining site landscaping.
• Maintain gardens and lawns
• Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions
• Weatherproof areas, cover outdoor furniture with tarps, tie-down unsecured items
• Maintain gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching and applying pesticides
• Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment
• Schedule specialty services such as ground leveling or patio installation
• Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
• Fertilizing lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs, and spreading mulch.
• Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
• Operating and maintaining hand tools, such as loppers, saws and shovels efficiently.
• Operating and maintaining trucks and power tools.
• Utilizing insecticides, fertilizers, and chemical sprays to treat diseases.
• Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, and debris, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Conducting basic irrigation audits and performing basic irrigation repairs.
• Removing snow by using a shovel or snow blower
