Secret Enterprises LLC, a lifestyle resort in Kissimmee, Florida, is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, gardens, and pathways, ensuring the property looks inviting for guests.

You will trim trees and hedges, mow and edge lawns, prune garden areas, and operate mowing equipment while keeping safety and weather protection in mind.

The ideal candidate is hardworking with a solid understanding of lawn care, landscaping techniques, and the ability to handle physical tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience as Groundskeeper or landscaper preferred.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniques.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, digging, standing).
• Ability to adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize, mow, weed, and edge lawn areas.

• Trim hedges, bushes, and trees
• Maintain clean pathways
• Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather
• Operate push and riding mowers, as well as other landscaping equipment
• Schedule any required specialized services
• Trash is cleared and cleaned up

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or other position is preferred
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and machinery
• Understanding of sprinkler systems
• Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniques
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
