Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services is seeking a Groundsperson to support crews on vegetation management projects. You will clear brush and trees from the ground, assist with site clean-up, and help maintain equipment.

A valid Driver's License is required, and the position involves working outdoors, standing for long periods, and traveling for storm restoration work when needed. This full-time role offers health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must possess physical strength and balance to drag heavy limbs, use saws and pruning tools.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work from the ground to clear brush and trees as directed.
• Load and unload trucks with debris and assist in site clean-up.
• Set up and break down road signs and flag traffic for safety.
• Drive truck or operate other equipment as assigned.
• Perform basic maintenance on trucks and equipment.
