Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Grounds Technician to join our on-site operations team and support a positive resident experience. You will handle grounds upkeep, irrigation monitoring, and general outdoor maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to shovel snow or clear ice from walks, driveways, or parking lots.
• Work outdoors in extreme temperatures (hot and cold).
• Lift minimum 20 pounds; push/pull up to 80 pounds.
• Irrigation experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and遵守 dress code.
• Clear communication with residents and co-workers.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and programs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment community.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds surrounding buildings and common areas.
• Collect and remove trash as needed.
• Weed landscape beds with appropriate tools.
• Monitor irrigation to ensure proper watering of grass areas.
• Repair sprinkler heads and lines as required.
• Report any unhealthy lawn, trees, or plants to management.
• Edge around trees and landscape borders; keep neat appearance.
• Rake grounds and blow or sweep sidewalks and parking lots.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
