Edward Rose & Sons, LLC is seeking a Grounds Technician to join our on-site operations team at Scarborough Lake Apts in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on maintaining the grounds, sidewalks, and common areas to ensure a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to shovel snow and spread salt during winter.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Able to lift at least 20 pounds and push/pull up to 80 pounds.
• Experience with irrigation is a plus.
• Professional appearance per dress code.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the apartment community and surrounding areas.
• Upkeep of parking lots, walkways, and common areas.
• Collect and remove trash as needed.
• Weed landscape beds and edge borders for neat appearance.
• Monitor irrigation and report issues to management.
• Repair sprinkler heads or lines as required.
• Communicate with residents and staff effectively.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
