Qualifications

• Able to effectively communicate with residents and co‑workers.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in irrigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment community.
• Monitoring the irrigation system to ensure all grass areas are adequately watered.
• Collecting and removing trash as needed.
• Weeding of beds using appropriate tools.

Skills

Ability to shovel snow and/or clear ice

Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
