Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Peine Lakes in Wentzville, MO. You will perform janitorial duties, maintain common areas, and assist in keeping the community clean and safe.

Responsibilities include preparing vacant units, completing inspections, and assisting with preventative maintenance and repairs as needed. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or housekeeping experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Perform janitorial functions to keep the community clean and safe, maintaining public/common areas per specs and addressing new problems as they arise.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and complete required inspection reports.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and community repairs when needed.
