Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 80 pounds/36.3 kilograms and climb ladders.
• Able to push/pull up to 200 pounds/90.7 kilograms with a dolly.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be on feet for entire shift and work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred; familiarity with Yardi/HappyCo/Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds maintenance: trash removal, pet waste, sweeping walkways, and snow removal where applicable.
• Clean pools, monitor chemical balance, maintain logs.
• Inspect and repair irrigation systems; assist with vacant unit prep and trash outs.
• Clean windows, breezeways, amenities, model homes, and offices; replace bulbs as needed.
• Water plants manually and distribute resident notices while maintaining privacy.

Reflect at Dobson RanchPosition Summary:As a Grounds Technician, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and appearance of your community in order to maintain a welcoming environment for residents and guests. A successful Grounds Technician is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work.
