The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork and safety awareness. 18+ and valid driver’s license required. Full-time, year-round position in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of work experience in similar duties and responsibilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
• Ability to operate company vehicles according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Watering, weeding, mowing, trimming and pruning landscapes.
• Assists others with color impact and guest experiences through proper horticultural practices.
• Cleaning and maintaining flower beds, planters and irrigation systems.
• Assisting with special landscaping projects and property beautification.
• Operating landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers and hedge clippers.
• Inspecting plants for pests or disease and reporting and/or treating issues as required.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Landscapes tasks such as watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and pruning
• Assists others with tasks pertaining to color impact and positive guest experiences through proper horticultural practices

Education and Experience Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Lifting and Carrying: Position may require occasional to frequent lifting of up to 50lbs. utilizing company’s safety guidelines for safe lifting
• Mobility:Position may require intermittent toprolongedsitting,standingand/or walking for duration of shift, up to 13 hours. Employees may alsobe requiredto travel to various areas on property which may include changes in terrain,stairsand uneven surfaces
• Repetitive Movements:This position may require performing repetitive movements and tasks throughout the shift, including repeated use of hands,armsor other body parts as part of typical job functions
• Environmental Conditions:This position requires the ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat. Employees maybe requiredto work indoors and outdoors
