Job summary

Living Fully Resorts is seeking a Grounds Technician to join our team at the Bourbon, MO location. Bring experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping to maintain a welcoming outdoor space for guests and staff.

You will operate landscaping tools, monitor plant health, and assist with seasonal projects while collaborating with other resort staff to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina for tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Monitor and care for plants, flowers, and shrubs to keep a vibrant, inviting landscape.
• Inspect outdoor facilities and amenities to identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in good condition.
• Assist with special projects like landscaping enhancements and seasonal decorations.

About this opportunity:

• Location: 1246 Blue Springs Road, Bourbon, MO 65441
• Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00/hour, depending on experience
• Position type: Seasonal, Full-Time
