Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, and irrigation.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the hotel environment and guest demands.
• Willingness to work with the Maintenance team to complete other duties as determined by the Chief Engineer.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel grounds, including gardens, lawns, pool, walkways, and parking lots.
• Perform regular landscaping duties such as trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing.
• Monitor and maintain outdoor facilities, including irrigation systems and lighting.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve any issues affecting aesthetic quality.
• Plan and implement seasonal landscaping projects.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with management and maintenance team for special projects.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of outdoor events as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
