You will perform routine upkeep, assist with make-ready turnover, and address resident needs with professional courtesy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires mobility, physical stamina, and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas and amenities clean and inviting.
• Clear and remove debris, empty trash, and prepare vacants for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and support make-ready and safety processes.
• Ensure gates and locks are functioning and adhere to safety policies.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and respond to resident questions with courtesy.
