Job summary

The Laramar Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain daily community upkeep across properties in Florida. You will manage landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, shrub and plant maintenance, and general cleaning to keep common areas safe and attractive for residents.

This role requires reliability, ability to follow instructions, and basic tools proficiency. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required, with a partial work-from-home option as described.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-year Groundskeeper or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Proficient in using manual power tools safely.
• Position requires acceptable motor vehicle driving history and insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Must consistently demonstrate quality customer service
• Work alone or with a team in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure all common areas are safe, clean, and presentable
• Mowing/edging, shrub/tree maintenance, planting and ground cover
• Cleaning, including trash removal
• Painting and maintaining infrastructure and pool furniture
• Snow removal
• Assist with irrigation system installation/repairs
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with repairs in units
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and attend safety meetings
• Comply with Fair Housing regulations
• Perform any additional duties as assigned
