Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Flint, MI is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas across its campuses, including mowing, trimming shrubs, and keeping grounds equipment in good condition. This full-time role offers a 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

• Maintains inventory of salt and all lawn care products.
• Responsible for maintaining and repairing grounds equipment.

Rate of Pay: $19.95 to $22.34 based on experience

Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Engineering management, cares for hospital grounds by properly maintaining outside building areas in all weather conditions.Responsible for mowing grass, trimming shrubs and for maintaining inventory of salt and all lawn care products.Maintains and performs repairs on grounds equipment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
