Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Lansing, MI, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our facilities team. The role focuses on repairing, installing, and maintaining building HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical systems across hospital campuses to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment, and complete work orders with required documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots electrical, electronic (including analog and digital), pneumatic, and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Performs operator and preventive maintenance on equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Completes work orders and records materials used.

Under general supervision, repairs, installs, adjusts,monitors, and maintains building HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical systems andperforms skilled maintenance and repair tasks of the hospital building systems.Performs work to conform to quality standards and municipal codes.

Required:
