The Town of Lexington is accepting applications for the position of Grounds Maintenance Worker. Under frequent supervision, maintains all Town parks, Town Hall grounds and right-of-ways as assigned. Performs other manual labor work as required. Applicant must be able to perform tasks that involve physically demanding work including lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (50 pounds).

Applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by three to six months of general grounds keeping experience or a combination of both. The applicant must have a clean driving record and a valid SC driver’s license. CDL/Pesticide License Preferred.
