Join our Team: Maintenance / Grounds Person

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance / grounds person to join our dedicated team. As a maintenance person, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our property, following all standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance tasks, plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance, and general building repairs.
2. Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues or potential problems.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
4. Maintain the grounds, including trash pickup, weed pulling, cleanup around dumpster areas, and other tasks assigned by the manager.
5. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, protocols, and brand standards.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, staff, and management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities management or hotel roles.
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Carpet cleaning as needed.
• Basic electrical experience (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills with effective communication.
• Strong leadership abilities with supervisory capabilities.
