Job description

We’re hiring an experienced Grounds Maintenance Worker to provide high-quality landscaping services to our customers. Under the supervision of the crew leader, you’ll be responsible for mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, and other lawn care and maintenance duties. Responsibilities:

1. Use pesticide for weed control when necessary
2. Do general lawn care duties like groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance including mowing, raking, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging, and pruning
3. Maintain flower beds with a sprinkler or irrigation system
4. Help the crew team with landscape design, landscape installation, landscape construction, and landscape maintenance

Qualifications:

1. Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
2. Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site is required
3. Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment including blowers, chain saws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers
4. Great physical health and stamina
5. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification

Compensation:

$13 - $15 hourly
