Position Summary: Performs senior-level supervisory maintenance and construction work, overseeing staff involved in the installation, care, and repair of facilities and equipment. Reports to the Base Facility Manager and works independently with initiative.

Work Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance of groundskeeping equipment and activities.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain inventory, oversee procurement, and monitor expenses.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct safety training.
• Communicate with tenants and conduct staff training.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and update management.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including support during emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; computer courses preferred.
• Six years of ground maintenance experience, two in construction, and two in supervisory roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain Texas license if not a resident.

Other Requirements:

• Background check and security clearance required.
