Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule.
• Ability to use equipment such as blowers and pressure washers.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to ensure the grounds are visually appealing at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pools on property (training provided if needed).
• Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leaves.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures.
• Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures.
