Preferred Apartment Communities is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain all common areas and grounds, keep the property inspection-ready, and ensure cleanliness of public spaces each morning.

You will perform seasonal landscaping tasks, monitor safety, operate the trash compactor, assist maintenance, and support the Leasing Office with parking lot upkeep and timely trash removal.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all common areas to a clean, attractive condition.
• Keep property inspection-ready at all times.
• Inspect overall cleanliness of the community each morning.
• Assist Maintenance Manager as needed.
