CBRE GOVERNMENT & DEFENSE SERVICES is seeking a part-time grounds maintenance worker to care for industrial, commercial, or public properties. You will perform lawn care, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, and seasonal snow removal, while also supporting general maintenance tasks across facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in grounds maintenance and exterior property care.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Experience with lawn care equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Repairs structures and equipment.
• Cuts grass using walking-type or riding mowers.
• Trims hedges and edges around walks and beds.
• Prunes shrubs and trees to shape growth.
• Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer or insecticide.
• Plants grass, flowers, trees and shrubs.
• Waters lawn and shrubs; uses sprinkler system.
• Picks up leaves and litter; removes snow as needed.
• Repairs and paints fences, gates and outbuildings.
• May assist in repair of roads, walks and buildings.
• May clean stations and parking lots; perform other duties.
