CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform routine custodial and grounds maintenance duties in our facilities, ensuring clean, safe, and well-kept interior and exterior spaces. The shift runs from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Key tasks include cleaning high-traffic areas, stocking restrooms, lawn care, pruning shrubs, and operating cleaning equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and bending.
• Good communication and ability to follow basic routines and safety rules.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop floors and common areas.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment and move items as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain outdoor lawns and gardens, including mowing, trimming, and pruning.
