Job summary

Coast Property Management in Wenatchee, WA, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our property safe, clean, and inviting. You’ll inspect grounds and buildings, handle trash, maintain curb appeal, assist with make-ready tasks, and be available for after-hours emergencies.

You’ll work with residents and contractors to uphold quality and safety. Qualifications include basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry familiarity, good safety habits, and the ability to follow written and verbal

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Familiarity with electricity, plumbing and carpentry is preferred.
• Basic safety habits and teamwork with residents and contract laborers.

Responsibilities

• Make regular inspections of grounds and buildings to identify safety or repair needs.
• Daily trash pickup and maintaining common areas for pristine curb appeal.
• Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, carpet cleaning, appliance repairs.
• Shovel snow, plow, or apply ice melt as needed and be available for after-hours emergencies.
