BH Management is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of our properties and to assist with interior spaces in Houston, TX. The role supports property operations with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and timely upkeep.

Ideal candidates have background in grounds maintenance or janitorial work, can lift 50 pounds, and are comfortable with varying schedules including overtime. Join our team to help uphold our standards of service and care for residents and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or janitorial work.
• Familiar with basic interior/exterior maintenance and cleaning equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash-outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• May assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
