Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a reliable Grounds Keeper to maintain the grounds of a multi-family residential community in Greeley, CO. Position involves basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs in occupied and vacant units, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include trash and weed removal, snow handling, and helping with move-ins, while adhering to safety and quality standards. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintenance experience in residential or multi-family properties preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds including trash removal, pet waste cleanup, weed removal, and minor landscaping.
• Process minor work orders in occupied units.
• Perform minor repairs in vacant units to prepare for move-ins.
• Assist with ice and snow removal as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
