Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ grounds experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for lawn maintenance including trimming hedges, flower beds, mulching, leaf raking and disposal.
• Upkeep of parking areas, debris removal and power washing as needed.
• Remove snow and ice in inclement weather.
• Maintain lawn equipment by servicing and cleaning after use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
