Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper / Punch Technician to maintain the community’s interior and exterior spaces under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

This full-time role involves routine maintenance, repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry), and responding to resident requests. Availability includes days, evenings, and weekends. A High School diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience are preferred; EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service skills and ability to work on a team.
• Comfortable communicating clearly, both orally and in writing.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance as scheduled; may include painting, gutter cleaning, etc.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems and perform general maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety and privacy of residents; report hazards to Maintenance Supervisor.
