Job summary

Legend Management Group is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain community grounds, exterior spaces, and leasing office areas. The role involves rotating weekend shifts, reporting to the Service Manager, and contributing to curb appeal across properties.

Salary is $20–$22 per hour with a $5,000 annual bonus potential, plus a full benefits package including employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and rent discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and common areas to preserve curb appeal.
• Assist with evictions and prepare market-ready units.
• Clean vacant apartments and models; perform light maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect and water plants; replace exterior lighting as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and maintain safety standards.
• Conduct monthly grounds inspections and manage grounds equipment inventory.
