Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain and care for outdoor spaces at our facility in Missouri. You will mow, edge, trim hedges, mulch, and perform routine lawn and landscape tasks while following safety procedures and using hand tools and small power equipment.

Responsibilities include planting, irrigation, installing fences and similar features, snow removal in season, and keeping the grounds neat, safe, and inviting for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Class E Driver's License required.
• Experience in groundskeeping helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow and edge lawns with hand or power equipment.
• Trim hedges, remove debris, mulch, and plant/shrub maintenance.
• Identify design needs, install irrigation, drains, and benches.
• Perform snow removal, salting and light equipment maintenance.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment and keep records.
• Assist in seasonal landscape tasks and safety duties.
