Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Groundskeeper for The Station at MacArthur in Irving, TX. You will maintain exterior areas, assist with minor repairs, support make-ready units, and help keep common spaces clean and safe for residents.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, trash removal, landscaping tasks, tool inventory, and following safety guidelines per OSHA. Customer service orientation and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

Groundskeeping or related experience is preferred.
Ability to operate manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Customer-service oriented interaction with residents.

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain exterior areas and common spaces daily.
Assist with make-ready of vacant units and cleaning of storage areas.
Support maintenance tasks and minor repairs (lock changes, gate maintenance).
Collaborate with the team on landscaping, snow removal, and groundskeeping duties.
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and ensure safe operation.
