Morguard is hiring a Groundskeeper for our community in Irving, TX. The role includes resolving minor work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting daily on-site operations.

Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a lunch break. The job requires basic repair skills in plumbing, painting, drywall, and landscaping, and strong customer service to assist residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Basic repair skills in plumbing, painting, carpentry and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve minor work orders and repairs.
• Assist with day-to-day on-site maintenance and capital projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the community grounds.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects and timelines.
• Ensure communication with residents and respond to requests promptly.
