Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property as well as interior common spaces. The role supports customer service and represents the company professionally on site.

Key duties include trash-outs assistance, landscape upkeep, and maintaining cleanliness of parking areas, sidewalks, and gutters. The position requires some overtime, on-call rotation, and a Monday–Friday schedule based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior/exterior maintenance.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common interior areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs.
• Keep landscaping, parking areas, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters clean.
• Organize and clean the maintenance areas and shops.
• Assist with pool area cleaning and maintenance.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications; perform other duties as assigned.
