Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to manage facilities and maintenance at one of our luxury apartment communities. You will lead a team of direct reports and ensure the grounds and common areas meet LC standards.

Responsibilities include landscaping, debris removal, pool area upkeep, and daily attendance at assigned location. Must have a high school degree and valid driver’s license, with prior maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Prior maintenance, grounds or landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely at all times and follow safety standards.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and be able to operate company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance to keep grounds clean and attractive.
• Tend to green spaces, mulch, weed, power wash and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and assist with trash and waste removal.
