Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of our luxury apartment communities in Ohio. You will lead daily groundskeeping tasks, ensure clean common areas, and support the maintenance team with landscaping efforts and seasonal duties.

You will operate various tools and equipment, perform safety checks, and help keep outdoor spaces welcoming and well-kept for residents. This role is full-time, on-site, and requires reliable mobility and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School degree required or recognized equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance, grounds or landscaping is preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license to operate company equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from clubhouse, pool, driveways and other common areas to keep grounds clean.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as weeding, mulching, and maintaining beds and green spaces.
• Keep pet waste stations clean and perform waste removal as needed.
• Open pool daily and arrange pool furniture for the season.
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks as needed.
