Job summary

The Bexley at Left Bank community in Fort Worth is hiring a Porter who shows up ready to work and takes ownership of how the property looks every day. You will maintain grounds, service pet waste stations, and keep common areas presentable before the day gets busy.

You’ll perform outdoor tasks, assist with cleanouts, minor painting, and support the maintenance team with make-readies. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with starting pay of $16.50 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for outdoor work year-round.
• Willingness to handle unglamorous tasks including pet waste and cleanouts.
• Collaborative with maintenance and leasing staff.
• Ability to operate basic equipment like blowers and power washers.

Responsibilities

• Walk the grounds and clear litter to keep common areas presentable.
• Service pet waste stations and tidy outdoor spaces before residents leave.
• Tram, trash out vacant units, and assist with pressure washing and light painting as needed.
• Assist maintenance team with make-readies and general groundskeeping duties.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with consistent hours.
