Pinnacle Group Limited in Enfield is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain the external grounds across educational sites, ensuring safe and welcoming environments for students and visitors.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a good understanding of health and safety, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Working hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, on-site in Enfield.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.

• Professional grounds maintenance/gardening experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
• General maintenance of grounds (grass cutting, debris removal, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming).
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.

Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Enfield. You will be working across multiple educational sites playing an important role in maintaining the external grounds, to ensure the conditions of the sites are well kept for students and visitors.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
