Overview

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operatives – Lancaster

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Region: Lancaster

Responsibilities

• Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
• Working within a small team
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
• Company van, mobile iPad are provided; perform vehicle checks as required

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience of using handheld power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• A valid driving licence is essential

Company

A well established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence within the UK, offering training and development and rewarding hard work. Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Salary range: £30k-£40k based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
