Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is hiring Janitorial Technicians to provide cleaning and sanitation services for NAS Jacksonville facilities.

You will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for employees and visitors as part of a dedicated team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and customer‑focused, with a willingness to learn cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

In this role, you will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments while delivering excellent customer service to our clients.The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Previous janitorial experience is helpful, but individuals who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoCleaning & Facility MaintenanceVacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors and stairwaysClean and sanitize restrooms and restroom fixturesClean sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and bathroom stall wallsDust and clean office desks, furniture, windowsills, and stairwellsEmpty trash receptacles, replace liners, and clean containers as neededCollect recyclable materials and transport them to designated collection areasSupply & Equipment ManagementRestock restroom, breakroom, and common area supplies as neededMaintain janitorial closets in a clean, organized, and safe mannerProperly use and maintain cleaning equipment and suppliesFollow proper chemical labeling, dilution, and usage proceduresReport damaged equipment and maintenance concerns to the Project Manager or Supervisor promptlySafety & ComplianceWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesFollow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelinesMaintain awareness of cleaning products and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Help ensure facilities remain safe, clean, and professional for employees, visitors, and clientsCustomer Service & TeamworkProvide professional and courteous service to clients and building occupantsFollow directions provided by the Project Manager or SupervisorWork independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasksAssist with additional duties as assigned to support operational needsWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking reliable individuals who take pride in creating clean and safe environments.
