Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds of the Mocksville facility. Responsibilities include mowing, planting, weeding, pruning, and basic exterior repairs, performed under minimal supervision and in compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds/yard around facility.
• Mow, plant, weed, fertilize, prune to keep plants healthy.
• Perform minor exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Assist others with grounds and facility maintenance.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
