Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate for Yard and Property care at the North Carolina - St. Pauls Plant.

The role focuses on keeping the grounds well maintained, performing landscaping tasks, and assisting with exterior maintenance under supervision as needed. Responsibilities include mowing, planting, weeding, and small repairs; supporting safety guidelines, and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in landscaping is a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Mow, plant, weed, fertilize, and prune to keep grounds healthy.
• Perform exterior maintenance such as sweeping sidewalks, painting, and minor repairs.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of grounds and facility.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE when required.
