Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper I to provide landscape maintenance support across industrial, commercial, and public properties in Durham, NC. The role involves performing routine tasks under supervision, operating commercial landscaping tools, and assisting with plant material care.

You will cut turf, prune, plant, mulch, weede, and perform light equipment maintenance while maintaining safety and courteous service to guests and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work outdoors.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and safety-conscious.
• Certification on Level 1 landscaping equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with gas-powered mowers and edging/trimming equipment.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Clean up debris and mulch leaves during mowing.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader.
