Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Crew member for the base area. This mid-level role offers opportunities to learn across maintenance and resort operations during the winter season.

The position requires 2+ years of experience, comfort with outdoor and indoor work, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with a starting wage in the shown range and housing available.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This mid-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $21.25/hr - $26.57/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks
• Provide additional support to other resort operations
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $21.25/hr - $26.57/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
