Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to ensure community areas remain clean, safe, and attractive. You will support the service team in upkeep tasks, assist with turnover, and help uphold Greystar's safety standards across properties.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on-site at our Houston communities, including occasional after-hours calls as needed. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, groundskeeping, and common-area upkeep.
• Strong commitment to safety and resident satisfaction.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and coordinate with supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Clean and prepare vacant units and storage areas as part of turnover.
• Handle routine service requests and assist during turn processes.
• Ensure locks and pool area gates meet safety requirements and policies.
