Ideal candidates have 2+ years in grounds keeping for multi-family communities, a high school diploma, and a willingness to handle routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in grounds keeping for a multi-family community.
• 2+ years landscaping experience.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on staffing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep exterior areas and common spaces clean and orderly.
• Maintain a manicured, uniform landscaped appearance and remove debris.
• Clean gutters and assist with pool maintenance as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance and repairs; follow safety requirements.
• Attend on-site as scheduled and follow established procedures.
