Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of experience in landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep the area around buildings clean and the grounds landscaped.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on tools and equipment; lubricate, sharpen, replace parts as needed.
